DealAnew Account Terms & Conditions

These Terms apply to every account created on DealAnew.com, operated by Eden Fragrance Sdn. Bhd. By creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms.
1. Account Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into an agreement. You must provide accurate and current information and keep your login details confidential. Unless expressly approved by DealAnew, each person may maintain only one account.
You are responsible for activities carried out through your account, except where caused by DealAnew's own security failure.
2. Shopping Account
Creating an account does not require you to make a purchase, invite another person or participate in any promotional activity. You may use DealAnew solely as an ordinary customer.
Product availability, prices, discounts, delivery times and promotions may vary and will be shown on the website before an order is confirmed.
3. Discounts
Discounts are determined according to the rules, product settings, promotions and account eligibility applicable at the time of purchase.
Unless clearly stated otherwise, discounts cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another account or combined with other offers. DealAnew may correct a discount granted because of a technical error, misuse or inaccurate account information.
4. Network and Referral Relationship
If you register through a valid referral code or link, your account may be connected to the relevant referrer within DealAnew's Network. This relationship is normally permanent and cannot be transferred or changed, except to correct a verified error, fraud, misuse or legal requirement.
Registration or invitation alone does not create any commission. Commission may arise only from an eligible purchase completed under the rules published by DealAnew.
5. Commissions and Wallet
Commissions are not salary, interest, investment returns or guaranteed income. DealAnew does not promise that any member will earn a particular amount or earn any income at all.
Commission depends on actual eligible purchases and the rules applicable to those purchases. A commission may initially appear as pending and becomes available only after the relevant order has been paid, delivered, verified and completed.
Commission may be cancelled, withheld or reversed where an order is cancelled, returned, refunded, charged back, fraudulent, duplicated, unpaid or otherwise ineligible.
Wallet withdrawals are subject to the published minimum amount, identity verification, payment information and compliance checks. Members are responsible for any personal tax obligations relating to amounts received.
6. Changes to the Programme
DealAnew may change future discounts, commission rates, eligibility requirements, wallet procedures, promotions or operational rules when reasonably necessary for commercial, legal, security or technical reasons.
Material changes will be published or communicated through the website. Changes will apply prospectively and will not alter commissions already finalised for completed eligible orders, except where correction is required because of fraud, error or law.
Continued use of the relevant services after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated rules. Where required by law, DealAnew will request renewed acceptance.
7. Member Conduct
You must not:
- make false or misleading statements about DealAnew, its products or potential earnings;
- promise guaranteed income, fixed returns or guaranteed business success;
- create fake, duplicate or unauthorised accounts;
- manipulate purchases, referrals, refunds or commissions;
- send unlawful spam or use another person's information without permission;
- impersonate DealAnew or claim authority to bind the company;
- misuse the website or interfere with its security or operation.
Only information officially published by DealAnew is authorised. Statements made by another member, promoter or third party do not bind DealAnew unless confirmed in writing by the company.
8. Suspension or Closure
DealAnew may restrict, suspend or close an account where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, misuse, violation of these Terms, legal risk or a threat to the platform or other users.
Where reasonably possible, the user will be informed and allowed to contact support. Legitimately finalised balances will be handled according to applicable law and these Terms. Fraudulent or improperly generated amounts are not payable.
Users may request account closure, subject to the retention of transaction and compliance records required by law.
9. Privacy
Personal information will be processed according to DealAnew's Privacy Notice and applicable Malaysian data-protection law. Necessary information may be used to operate accounts, process orders, prevent fraud, calculate commissions, provide support and comply with legal obligations.
Acceptance of these Terms does not automatically constitute consent to optional promotional messages. Marketing consent should be requested separately.
10. Responsibility and Limitation
DealAnew is responsible for providing the services and benefits expressly stated in its published policies. DealAnew is not responsible for personal earning expectations, statements made by unauthorised third parties, or indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DealAnew's liability relating to a specific transaction will be limited to the direct loss connected with that transaction.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or removes any mandatory rights available to consumers under Malaysian law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any complaint should first be submitted to DealAnew Support so that it can be reviewed and resolved. This does not prevent a user from exercising any right or remedy available under applicable consumer law.
12. Acceptance
By creating an account, you confirm that:
- the information you provided is accurate;
- you understand that income is not guaranteed;
- registration or invitation alone does not generate commission;
- discounts and commissions are governed only by DealAnew's published rules;
- unauthorised verbal or third-party promises do not bind DealAnew;
- and you accept these Terms, the Privacy Notice and applicable Network Participation Rules.
